"Tried to use it for legit medical services abroad, in a cheap country, so that my refund would be less than the cost of insurance, and they refuse to pay on the excuse that the itemization for services provided is not standardized. An insurance that promises to work anywhere should know that multiple administrations abroad will have different standards in reporting expenses. But this is a very convenient excuse not to pay my refund. So, another insurance that only walks with your money. Will never use again."

"We’ve unfortunately had to use our GeoBlue insurance on two trip now due to unforeseen medical issues on our international trips, but fortunately they have been amazing and incredibly easy to work with. They promptly identified in network providers who each time were excellent (we are both physicians so understand how hard it is to find superb medical care especially in an unfamiliar country). They provided all necessary documentation and payment when required by the medical facility and have been more than easy to contact and work with. Will never travel internationally without GeoBlue for my whole family. "
