"Any good reviews of this company have obviously been written by it's employees. I bought a cell case and was told twice it was not available after having to contact them myself because no deliveries were made. Could not contact them by phone as the phone numbers on the site don't work. They did charge my credit card for no products received. Then when I asked for my money back all my emails were ignored. I finally got an email saying that it had been too long for them to reimburse my credit card. They wanted my paypall information to send me my owed money. After 7 months I still have not received my money. I even tried to lodge a complaint with Better Business Bureau but they did not reply to the BBB. There are many complaints about this company on the BBB site but of course they are not recognized by the BBB. The service is atrocious and they are crooks!"
"I should have thoroughly checked reviews of this company before buying and made the mistake of trusting all the good reviews posted on their website.
I ordered a cell phone case that was supposed to ship in 2-5 days and screen protector which was supposed to be 4-8 days. It has now been nearly 2 weeks and I have not received any updates on my order despite charging me immediately after the purchase. I sent an email that was never replied to. Checked my order on their website and said that they are still waiting for a confirmed delivery date from the seller and that my order is still being processed.
I highly do not recommend ordering through GoCellular.ca...unless you don't mind waiting several weeks for your order to arrive!!"
"Placed order for one phone case Jan 31, 2016. Website said in stock and would ship in 2-5 days.
Did not get a shipping notification, checked website Feb 8, 2016 and the shipping date had changed to between Feb 12 - 17.
Emailed them on Feb 19, 2016 asking for an update, no response.
Emailed them again on Feb 28, 2016 and also copied the same email using the contact form on the website.
No response as of March 6, 2016."

Fair prices but LONG WAITING/SHIPPING TIMES.
Ordered UAG cases on Nov 11. Website shows shipping 2-5 business days. A week goes by and my shipping order status changed to unknown. Threatened to cancel my order and was told items back in Stock Nov 25 -27. Nov 27 rolls by and was informed cases may ship by next Wednesday (Dec 3).
That's over 3 week waiting period.
WHAT HAPPENED TO SHIPPING 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
Spend your money elsewhere.
Communication is also SLOW."

I eventually cancelled my order and asked for a refund. It's been 2 weeks and ...nothing. E-mails often go unanswered, twice it took me 3 e-mails before they would answer me. Their contact number goes to a cell phone which is switched off (and has been for at least 3 weeks)
They charge immediately for items which are not in stock. They are slow to respond to e-mails and a request for a refund is two weeks old with 2 apologies from Matt but still no money.

I waited 1 hour, and called them again, but they didnt pick up. Might be a scam company aswell, but still gotta wait a bit more while i ask for refund and see whether the money gets transfered to my account."
