Ordered products on 04/07/2020 Shipment pending STILL
Called 3 times about the status of the package and David GUARANTEED ME they had the product and it would go out the next day after the first phone call.
NO PACKAGE.
more then a week later i called again,(04/25/2020) David was SO RUDE- and hung up in my face after i asked for a refund for the products the obviously don't have.
He did not give a refund, no package shipped still and ignored my additional email request for refund.
Made another order on the same day (04/25/2020) i called about un-shipped product and shipping label was created and shipping confirmation sent on 04/27/2020 but no package made it to usps. ( i had called them about it when i noticed nothing made it here 2 days later)
I wonder why this package didn't make it into the mail after the account stated it did, are you holding it hostage because i called to many times about my other products you never sent me?
I started a dispute with my bank, for the charges on 04/07 and will do the same with this recent order if not received by today.
I will never order from you again.
All you had to do was refund my order if you didn't have the products or actually ship my items to me instead of promising something you didn't do Multiple times. HOW IS THAT SO HARD? also there was no need to be rude, All you have to do is properly communicate."
