"Bought a servo motor from here for the use of a needle synchronizer. First they sent me one with a European plug. The seller was quick to reply to my issue. They offered to send the correct plug or I could just switch the end. I was fine saving them the work and shipping to just do it myself. But after installing the motor and synchronizer, it would only work in the needle up setting. I am absolutely sure I have it installed correctly. Every other setting works as it should. Each time I reached out to the company they only told me there's something installed incorrectly and they have "lots of videos on youtube". After thoroughly going through their videos none were addressing anything near what I had wrong. It was very clear the person replying wasn't even reading my emails completely. I would ask several questions and I would get one sentence reply emails. Twice I asked him to link the specific video and I would only get a link to their channel. I just gave up and ended up changing the syncronizer so that its completely out of phase and when it thinks the needle us up its actually down. It works for the setting I need but not as it should. My purchase of one was just to try out the product before buying more for my other machines- I'm glad I did because I know not to use this business ever again."

"I left two messages to be called back to talk about the problem, and have not received a phone call… The blatant disregard and disrespect is why am writing this review. Four times the company sent me the wrong product. the first time the rivet was off by 1 mm and their package are not marked with specs so the rivets were used causing me to completely ruin a project. When they sent the replacements they sent the wrong product, a double rivet instead of a single rivet, if my account was even reviewed they would see I have never ordered doublesided so why did they send that?? then when they sent the replacement for that they only sent a quarter of total quantity that was supposed to be included and sent gold instead of silver… And then with the final attempt to rectify the materials they held onto the package for 5 days and denied a request to overnight it causing me only further delay in my re-production. All of this cost me a very important client.....Possibly this could be forgiven had the owner been willing to acknowledge me and handle it. But when I spoke with him he just said he can’t do anything about it which doesn’t make sense because he’s the owner, one time told me he won’t even listen to me as I was trying to explain how big of a deal this is and then the last two times I called to see about the package that was held for 5 days he would just immediately put me on hold and never pick back up. I was on hold twice for more then 20 minutes before hanging up cause they clearly were blowing me off. I’m so appalled by how I was treated and how their mistake was handled. since no one will speak to me about this I can only leave this review to express my discontent. I’d love for the owner to call me and make good on this to salvage the business relationship. I have referred three other designers to this shop only to hear back that they had similar situations happen and never received refunds or replacements and they stopped shopping with Goldstar a long time ago. I guess I should’ve expected eventually they would treat me this way as the business is run without integrity and respect for their customers ... product are only ok so I’m In search of another vendor even if that means shopping overseas."
