"I purchased the grommet press and die set for #2 grommets. It didn't work with the industry standard #2 grommets
I was currently using. I immediately called the company to report it and I asked to speak with the manager and he wasn't available. I sent the press back the next day. I never got a follow up call. The representative was rude and told me they would keep 20% if I returned it.
I don't recommend buying their tools if they don't work with the industry supplies. Lesson learned. I will only do business with trust worthy vendors. "
