"I sent the following direct to the company: "I'm actually not interested in anything except to let you know that this is the second time I have had to contact your company regarding a wrong or damaged part. first time, the part was wrong, despite your website telling me it was correct according to the VIN I provided. Then, you made me pay for shipping and I have yet to see a refund. Next, I purchase the correct part only to get it yesterday, damaged (I have photos) because it was stuffed into a box that was far too small for it. It was bent on one side and now has white marks on it where the plastic will eventually split. At this point, I'm going to simply use the part because I am not going to pay for shipping again to return it and "hope" for another refund. However, I would like someone, specifically a supervisor or manager, to investigate this matter and understand that this is not an effective business model for your company. The process has left me frustrated and viewing your company as unprofessional and lazy."

"I have ordered from Honda Parts Now in the past with no issues. Except for my last purchase I ordered a water pump. Upon receiving the box was heavily damage and the water pump had no padding, foam or some type of protection inside the box to protect the water pump in transit. I spoke to the RMA department and sent the water pump back and they sent me another in the same condition. I dont understand how the second time it was sent the same way without any protection after calling and complaining about how they Shipped the first one. Because my car has been disabled for a few days and need it up and running i be installing it. Hopefully I have no issues with it. Not happy to say the least."

"I ordered these parts, and for some reason my order was canceled. It was claimed that attempts were made to call me but no such attempts were made. I check my email at the end of the day so by the time I got the email claiming to be the "third time" an attempt to contact me was made, it was too late to get ahold of your customer service. I am very unamused and need these seat belt releases ASAP so I can have my no longer functioning ones replaced. Your actions have jeaprodized my safety while I drivr as I have no other car to use. "Placed an order of $274.17 for a wheel. Part came the wrong design from other wheels of my auto. I returned the part immediately to the warehouse. After 10 days of item being delivered to them, I had to call everyday to get my refund. They charge a $48 fee for returning an item!! Now, you'll think they would deduct $48 from $274.17. Well no. They took the shipment cost into their pockets leaving $243.31- $48.00- $14.60 (TAX) = $209.25 REFUND. That's not acceptable. Why would someone get charged $14.65 tax to get a refund?! It would of been easier to sell the wheel online to someone and get all my money back instead of going thru all of this hassle plus getting ripped off."

"I tried checking out on three different browsers, and on two different computers. Every single time I tried to continue to the billing and payment step, I would receive an error message saying the zip code and street address do not match, preventing me from continuing.
I called to try and order online, and found that hondapartsnow.com doesn't provide over-the-phone ordering.
As a last resort, I tried deleting the apostrophe in my last name. (O'Connor -> OConnor)
After I did that, everything worked fine and went through. I wasted a day trying to figure out what went wrong. The customer reps that I called were also not aware of the problem. Because of this, my order didn't get confirmed until the evening which was well after business hours, and likely delayed my plans one extra day."
