Worst company I have ever done business with

"This is the worst company I had ever done business with,
1st I place an order with a number of items on it, they accepted the payment and gave me an estimated date of delivery.
Then they turn around and email me two day after telling me that my shipping address and billing as to be the same, or I should use PayPal or the cant do business with me.
Given that they already took the money out of my account already,
Ok so I went and set up PayPal and used it,
Now they say everything it all set, gave me a new expected date of arrival for my delivery, and they refund the 1st money they took from my account, so I was like ok fine
Then after all of that, they emailed me again saying giving me a new expected date of delivery, so I called, they explained that one of the item is been delayed, so I asked if the rest of items that are on the order can be shipped, and the ship the other part when it becomes available to them, they told me no, I would have to cancel the order and the place another order without that Item, are kidding me, it so much stress try to get the order in the 1st place now you telling me I would have to cancel the order and reorder. This place is a mess
Away I let the order stayed because I couldn't deal with the stress
Then a few days after I got an email from the that the item has been shipped, but really and truly the item wasn't shipped until the following day, and the estimated date of delivery of the shipping is 2 day later then the one the gave me.
Give that these items I ordered are time sensitive, I needed them by a certain date,
When I 1st order it the time line was ok, but because of there unreliability and poor customer service its going to cost me the customer more to get it where I need it to be...
So if you must purchase from this company because you have no other options, be cautious

"The prices are somewhat reasonable. Wish the shipping charges were less. And that the illustrations were much more detailed and easier to navigate and compare to customers vehicle"

No communication at all!

"I placed an order on may 23rd. Estimated arrival date was June 2nd at the latest. Well June 2nd came and went, still no parts. I had to call and ask why my order hadnt arrived. Well turned out it hadn't shipped. It wasnt until I called inquiring about my order that it finally got sent out. No email or call when the items had not shipped yet. Last time I'll be buying from here. They didn't even offer to overnight the parts. Horrible customer service. "

Horrible customer service, Sent me someone else's order

"They sent me someone else's order, and it really seems like they dont care?! Customer service through the entire order process was horrible, and now that the wrong order was shipped its gotten even worse. It really seems like no one that works for this compnay cares about what they are doing, or customer service. "

Horrific Customer Service and Experience

"I ordered a set of running boards from HondaPartsNow on June 10, 2020 for their cheap pricing and reasonable shipping. Shipping was fast and FedEx was the courier. FedEx claimed they delivered my item to my front door at the posted time which I was home. No item was ever delivered. I immediately called FedEx the same day and told them the issue. A FedEx rep left me a voicemail the next day saying that if they can't find the package, FedEx will mark my item as a Lost Package and for me to contact the seller, HondaPartsNow, for final resolution. I did as such and made a RMA claim to have HondaPartsNow send me a replacement due to FedEx's fault. On HondaPartsNow website, the RMA claim was processed, approved, and completed so I thought I would be receiving a replacement part soon. One month later, still nothing. So I called the RMA department and seek information of what's going on. The RMA rep told me that it was a "systematic error" on their end and it shows my item delivered. The rep also told me to solve my issue with FedEx since they lost my item. So I called FedEx and told them that HondaPartsNow told me to file a claim for FedEx to reimburse me for the lost package but the FedEx rep told me to contact the seller again that it is up to the seller to send me a replacement as FedEx did claim they lost the package. I called the HondaPartsNow RMA department again and told them what FedEx told me and said there's nothing HondaPartsNow can do for me and basically left me with nothing and $361.56 down the drain. Now I am having my financial institution solve the issue as HondaPartsNow will not work with me and ignoring my emails. It is unfortunate that I did so much calling back and forth between HondaPartsNow and FedEx and neither were willing to help. Though there are plenty of good reviews about HondaPartsNow which made my consensus to buy from there, there are reviews of their terrible and despicable customer service. It was unfortunate that I had to be one of those customers that has to write a negative review of how HondaPartsNow handled my experience. I will not be using HondaPartsNow ever again and would rather go to the local dealership and pay a premium price rather than going through this company. Buyers beware."

incompetence at its best

"I ordered an antenna booster for my Honda Pilot, over a week later I receive an ignition cylinder with 2 keys. I call and email them about the error, instead of sending me the right part they insist I send back the bad part first so they can inspect it, COMPANY POLICY I am told. I ask when do i get the part i ordered, I am told it is packaged and will be sent once they have the wrong part back.
So i get inconvenienced due to their mistake. I send it back, I get notice they received it, but i call to see if my part sent, I am told it is not in stock, will be 2-3 weeks before they have it. So after i got my refund i got the part somewhere else in 4 days, the correct part.
Last time I order anything from here.

Not user friendly

"This site is not very user friendly for paying with PayPal and when I use the same Bank of America credit card to pay, it indicates that I must use PayPal to ship to a freight forwarding address."

Refused return for handle

"I ordered a door handle for my Odyssey and ordered the wrong part - even after they verified the VIN number. I tried to return the door handle and they won't accept the return without the original box - even though it was just a non specific cardboard box. The man I spoke with said there was no proof I bought it from them without the box, I guess we ignore the fact that I have my online receipt and offered to mail it back myself. Horrible service."

Return policy

"We received the package. It has not been opened because when we received it and no longer needed it. The return policy is horrible. It is $10 shipping, not bad. The problem is he 20% restocking fee. With taxes and all the other fees we paid around $320 (cost of item plus taxes and fees) for the item and may have received $206 on the return. There is a 20% restocking fee 20% of $270 ($216) minus $10 shipping. We decided to just put it in the basement."

Wrong part

"I ordered a washer reservoir replacement for my CRV, I double checked the website and also talked to a customer service person, everything said the part would fit. I received the part on December 5. I had to go out of town on business for a few days and when I got back, my wife had to go in for emergency surgery. This put me right around Christmas. Well my mechanic was closed from Christmas until just a few days ago. I took my car into him to have a few things done and to get the reservoir out in, he told me it was not the correct part. I emailed HondaPartsNow.com and told them the situation and they stated that since it was over 15 days, they could not issue a refund, I explained the situation again to them and again, they say there is nothing they will do. So I am stuck with a part I can’t use and am out 175.00. After reading about other dealers, they have no questions asked return policies, I wish I would have dealt with someone more reputable, especially since I was going to order many other things from HondaPartsNow.com. Will I do it now? Not a chance and I will make sure I tell everybody I know about their lousy business practices, just wanted to get this off my chest and tell anyone who reads this to stay away from HondaPartsNow.com"
