Beware of their auto-ship.

"I purchased four horse supplements, two of different brands september 2020. I did not voluntarily or otherwise enroll in auto-ship. Today (a saturday) I happen to check my bank account and I see a charge billed for today for over $1200.00 for 42 supplements. I log in and see they put me in the auto-ship for 21 of one item and 21 of the other. I did not authorize this or enroll in it and had I it certainly wouldn't be for 42 horse vitamins at over $1200.00. And they are conveniently closed on weekends so you can't even talk to someone to stop this transaction. I will never do business with them again!"

Took my money and never shipped horse blanket.

"It’s been a month since I bought a saddle pad. They took my money through Amazon pay and never shipped pad. Multiple phone calls, service agents say again and again that I will get a call back, I have yet to get a call back. No response from email. They think that they can just steal your money and that you will forget about it."

Months and months of lies on refund!

"I ordered my child a pair of boots from horse.com online and waited for them to arrive. After some time of waiting..i get them and they are 10 times too small. Return policy stated that 30 days after receiving i could return them and get a full refund. I called and called and called as well as sent numerous emails trying to get help we ith my return ad the policy was ridiculous. It took weeks to finally get an answer over the phone where I was told i would have the amount refunded immediately. Here it is 2 months later and 3 more times told i had my funds on the way and I receive an email stating I had already been issued such r efund. So again I call and call and sit on hold for an hour to finally get someone to pick up where I was then told my refund was tried to be put back on my card but my card declined the transaction. And it w as a ent in a check. I wa a extremly up re t and demanded to speak w i th a supervisor which there was not ok me available to take my call but reassure again that my refund was on the way. Still noth I ng almost 2 weeks later. This had been a ridiculous issue and im so angry as the boots were a birthday gift for my son. I will never recommend this fraudulent site to anyone and would freatly appreciate and advise on what I should do "

Never received products

"Ordered about 300 dollars worth of items. Received one of the items after a couple weeks. A couple more a few months later. It’s been almost 4 months and we are still waiting on a bit. Can’t get ahold of anyone and when we do, they say it’s on it’s way. We just got an email saying an item shipped and the date was one month from now...don’t waste your time ordering here"

FRAUDULENT!!@@!

"I was making an order, had the items in the cart for two days...the whole time it said I had 30% off, even up until I was checking out and until I put my credit card number in it still said one amount... then as soon as I hit submit payment--it changed the amount to 15% off and increased the price and charged my card!!@@!@! :( I called to see if they would honor the 30% and they said NO! I was flabbergasted!!!!! I cancelled my order and will NEVER buy from them again!!!!! THAT IS TOTAL FRAUD!!!!! YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF THE PAYMENT AFTER YOU HAVE HIT THE SUBMIT PAYMENT BUTTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY DID NOT HONOR THE PRICE AND WAS SO RUDE ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GOOD PRICES IF YOU ACTUALLY GET THE PRODUCT

"I have specific shipping instructions on file because of poor post office service in our area. They simply cannot follow. Products get returned, takes forever to get a refund, and then they don't refund shipping. Wait times on hold are forever. Don't respond to requests for telephone call. Make promises they do not keep about communications. "

Where is my order? Please stop lying about it!

"Its been over a MONTH! Each time I call (they don't answer your emails, so you have to sit on hold approx. 30 minutes each time you call) they tell you a lie! You can tell they are lying by the order status you can view online. "We have it" but then it says it is backordered another month. "We will send it out and send other items later" but nothing was ever shipped. Save the covid excuse, and stop taking orders until you fulfill those who have paid and are waiting! You supposedly sent my order out to me, but I received the wrong one! Mine was supposed to go out because it was in stock, but then it is out? You just keep on lying! I live in a rural area where I have to order horse related items. So thanks to their poor service I have spent hours on the road driving to a town for fly spray TWICE! "

"I paid for three day shipping nine days ago, and the order is not issued yet. I have reached out twice to horse.com and got crickets. Have ordered for years from them , and one problem, they **** off. I will be stopping my cc payment if refund is issued by end of this week. "

Dealing with unprofessional representatives

"I ordered 2 items, the sent me 1 item I didn't order. I reached out to the on Friday 11/23/19. I was supposed to receive an email with the return slip. Well its Monday 11/25; my 3rd call and no closer to having this issue resolved. I can say this. This will be the last time, I order anything from this company. My yearling is paying for their mistake. The temps are dropping down to 20's. They won't sent me the blanket I've paid for until I send my the item they mistakenly sent to me. So I'm being penalized for their mistake. Never again"

Return Process

"I have bought a lot of things here from over the years, but never had to return something until now. I bought the wrong saddle pad. Which yes, was my fault even though they had three different listings for the same saddle pad with the smallest change in wording. I expected something easy like Amazon, go to the product, click return and print out a label. What I actually had to do was call them and request a return code. I had to call somebody. To return something bought at an online store. In 2019. That is just unacceptable to me. I shouldnt have to call somebody, I shouldnt have to talk to anybody. And then they couldnt even give me the return code or whatever because it came from the seller and they have to have them email me or something or other. So I have to wait to here from Weaver Leather themselves before I can return this thing. And the best part, I have to pay for return shipping. Guess I'm never buying boots or a saddle or anything else that's large and I may not like from this place. "

Lost of products yet to receive my refund.

"I’ve used horse.com for many years and spent thousands of dollars with their company but not anymore. My thoroughbred gelding has a sensitive stomach and stays on U Guard, Sand Clear, and Magnesium. I ordered the last 2 on 3/6 and never received my products. I’ve been in a 5 day argument with them over Ups losing my package. Ups confirmed they lost it and had reported this to horse.com and I’ve still Not gotten my money back. I had to quick ship from Valley Vet in order to have my horses needed supplements.
I’ll Never Do Business With Horse.fom Again!

Horrible Customer Service and shipping

"Recently I purchased a wall mount hay rack. They charged me $120 for shipping. When the order arrived I was supposed to have 5 and only had 4. They were not in a box; just open items by UPS. I contacted them to let them know. Days passed and no call as informed I would receive. I called them back and best they could do was ship me a new rack 2 weeks later. Why did they have to wait? This was not my problem. I was very disappointed and WILL not shop with them again. "

"Ordered 2 horse blankets, website was having issues so had to redo order about 6-7 times. I received blankets 17 days later and was the wrong blankets. They said I had to pay the $28 return shipping and could not send a return shipping label. I wanted to cancel my new order I had just placed 18 hours earlier and was told it had already shipped, (not likely) even thought on the website it showed it had not, therefore, I couldn't cancel the new order and if I refused it they would not guarantee a refund in case they never received the package back. And I am quite sure even if they did receive the package back they will say it didn't get returned so no refund. Therefore, go to another website for your products, don't waste your time and hard earned money on Horse.com. There are far better places to get expensive horse blankets than this place. This was a hard and expensive lesson to learn."

Customer "service" is greatly lacking

"I received an order of ProBios that expired less than one month after I received it. I didn't initially notice, and when I called, "Trisha" was openly rude on the phone with me. I could hear the disbelief in her voice, as if I would try and rip them off for less than $10. I will never give my hard earned money to those a$$holes every again. Use sstack.com instead. They rock. "
