"Placed my order, thinking I was getting a qty of 50, and I only got a qty of 1.
Called in to fix the issue to find out price was higher and that the item description was only for qty 1...but was confusing to say the least. They even admitted it was very confusing. So they got my order corrected and placed.
Second shipment comes in, and only qty 1 shows up.
Called a second time to fix the issue, and they had made a mistake. So we placed the order for the third time and finally got qty 50 in.
Time wasted in just a simple order that I had placed"
