"Ordered $150 in gift cards (4 cards in total) on December 23rd, 2019 using an iCard balance that was given to me as payment by a former employer. Gift card links were sent but the actual gift cards are not available and I am forever encouraged to try again "the next business day after 2 PM." I have called the customer service number every business day beginning on January 5th and nobody has answered. I have sent numerous emails and received no reply. So I researched the owner of the company and, surprise: he has had some legal troubles including an arrest. I predict future legal troubles as well..."
"I’ve been waiting for my card to become available for over a week now. This was a gift from my employer and now I can’t even use it. I try calling customer service every day for a week and nobody answers the phone!! I emailed them and they lie and say they will get back to me in two days!!! It’s a SCAM"
"I use iCARD as part of our employee awards program. They have an online order tool that allows my managers to make gift card orders for peer-to-peer recognition. I can also do bulk uploads for staff awards and delivery of cards can be scheduled in advance. The digital cards are far better than plastics. Sometimes there are issues with downloads, but their client services team is very responsive. My staff is very pleased with the recent upgrade which sends the download link immediately after selecting a card.

After I redeemed for a merchant (they have a huge selection) I got my gift card within a few minutes. I really like this idea and will give these to my friends and family for birthday gifts."

"A $50 card was gifted to me. There is NO mention of an expiration date on the gift card. I recently attempted to redeem for a gift card and received this prompt, "Further review is required before your code can be redeemed. Please contact our customer service center for assistance." Since then, I've attempted to contact their customer service at ***-***-****, ext 3, on 6 different weekdays between their posted times of 9am-4pm CT. I have NEVER received an answer. After the line rings approximately 8 times, an answering machine says they are either closed or helping another customer, and to please call back. I also sent an email to sales@icard systems.com, requesting someone give me a call, and received an automated response to call customer service.
Unfortunately, after a very brief search online, I found many others have experienced this lack of ability to redeem their gift cards as well. Please, please, please don't waste your money!!!"

"This company sent me about 60 spam emails, I never signed up for this site nor do I live in an English speaking country so I'm assuming they sent the same emails to randomly generated addresses until they had a hit and then spam the person. I was unfortunate enough to not realize this and I "unsubscribed" so they have now sold my email address to other scammers.

"Icard worked well 2 years ago and last year. This Christmas I gave the same person a $50 gift and when they went to cash it Icard wanted them to put in personal information which the Privacy Policy allowed them to release. My relative tried to contact them many times by phone but could not get through. I tried a different number after trying the customer service number many times. The second number got me a person who said they would sent the gift card right away. It never came. I tried both numbers again 10 times during their business hours and even tried other departments. No luck. If I can't get through and get this settled, I will have to take more steps."
