I ordered the Armagnac Ryst 61 x 41 inch artwork. This is a $599.99 piece of art that was discounted to $398.99 at Christmas. The first piece I received had scuffed damage to 50% of the artwork because of cardboard rubbing against the piece. These guys do not properly package their art for shipping.

iCanvasart.com offered me the damaged art at a discounted rate as if I were going to hang a 6 foot piece of artwork with damage all over it on my wall. After I refused, they gave me a $30.00 'sorry for your troubles' discount which was then raised to $200.00 discount, then lowered to $180.00. Two weeks after they agreed to refund my money, I still haven't received the refund and complained. iCanvasart.com apologized, said that this type of damage "rarely" occurs to their art and they would ensure it was packaged correctly for the second replacement art piece.

I then received the second piece which was in worse condition than the first. The frame was cracked in half, the canvas was loose and was not stretched onto the frame, and the exact same damage to the artwork where the picture was damaged from rubbing cardboard.

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It is now the end of January. I have photos of the damage and email correspondence to show the communication with this company.
