I am extremely disappointed with iHerb. Recently, they blocked my account without any reason or explanation. I have been a long-time and loyal customer, always paying for my orders on time and following the store's rules.
After the block, I tried to contact customer support, but the responses were generic and did not provide any specific information about the reason for the block or how it could be lifted. Moreover, they did not offer any solution to my problem and simply ignored my further inquiries.
Now I cannot access my order history and the reward points I have accumulated over time. Such treatment of customers is unacceptable. I do not recommend this store to anyone until they change their approach to customer service."
"I would like to express my deep disappointment and severe frustration regarding iHerb's decision to permanently close my affiliate account without any valid justification. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this issue with their customer support, I have not received any satisfactory response.
I have been an affiliate marketer for iHerb and have diligently followed all the company’s policies. Recently, iHerb accused me of using paid advertisements, which I have never done. I offered to provide any necessary information or evidence to prove my compliance, but my account was still closed.
This decision has significantly impacted my main source of income. I rely on this partnership for my livelihood, and iHerb's actions have caused me substantial financial and emotional distress.

"Dreadful American company with fraudulent practices and awful customer service! Avoid at all costs!
I used to be a returning customer and spend over 1000usd in total on orders on the website over the course of the last two years. The issue is that they wouldn't guarantee delivery of international orders so if anything goes wrong with the parcel on the way to its destination they are very likely to brush off refund or reshipping requests.
The other day I received a package that was 4 items short and once I reported the issue they fired back with a refusal which they marked as 'friendly fraud'. Are you bloody kidding me? Where do you have the audacity to say such a thing to a loyal customer. I'd avoid them like the plague going forward as they scammed me out of 60 USD worth of goods! I'll have to get in touch with my credit card company to reverse the charges now"
"I ordered 2lbs of bentonite Clay and when it arrived the box was dripping power. When I lifted the box from my porch it powder was all over my hands. When I opened the box, the clay was all over EVERYTHING! HEATED! When I reached out to customer service, they were rude and unprofessional. I will not be shopping here again.."

Even tried to contact the CEO Emun Zabihi via email & WhatsApp & guess what!!! He blocked me from both!!! Such a useless manager!!!

"I have ordered 2 order than it was canceled by them even they have debited my credit card of cours they don’t accept PayPal we all know the reason why because they scammers for month on communication by mail and the answer was as always we will transmit this to specialty team and we are sorry blabla. And believe me they do this to customer let it down and forget about it and for this i have read the whole policy and i call to make a groupe on facebook and other social media to spread the words and let the other know about it
Please note that even they have a bad customer we can reach their payment provider and ask for a refund as California law say "

"Good assortment of products, but half of them are restricted and you'll only find out which ones these are at checkout. The restricted selection is nonsensical, for instance a small version of a coconut shampoo is not restricted but a 237ml version of the same shampoo is. However, 5 other scents of the same shampoo, are also ok in any size. Basically, there are errors, along with the restricted products, but nobody will ever fix them.
Support is just for optics. These people either don't want to or cannot fix any of the iherb's bugs.
Also, in the past my shopping carts have disappeared with 30+ products in them, so I had to start from scratch. There is a bug whereby the site will randomly decide which language and country you want to ship to and there is a shopping cart for each of these combinations. Support, no surprise, cannot help you retrieve these carts."

"I have always found the service to be FAST and the prices are the lowest I have found on a regular basis. I may find a cheaper price for an item here and there, but iherb is very consistent. I am very pleased with the customer service, a wide range of products, ease of ordering and weekly discounts.
I recommend this online store. iHerb has a nice selection, high quality poducts, and delivers the items promptly."
