"I am taking the time to write this review because they really exceeded my expectations!!
It was my first time ordering from them and I was very nervous about after reading all the negative reviews but decided to take the risk because their prices were way lower than the local providers.

The package was delivered in just 6 days!!! Bare in mind I am in UAE and they shipped from the US, so this was impressive. Also there were no additional taxes... seems that for UAE as long as you pay the taxes online (when ordering) there there is no additional customs tax.

So pay attention before ordering, if you prepay the taxes online then it's fine..but I think some countries don't allow that. Anyway, my experience with them ordering from the UAE was very positive"

"Tried to create an account with this company to buy something. They insist I give my mobile number but i live in the wilds and have no signal.

They send a verification code which a very short time span to input, to create the account which I can't get.

I can also use my google or facebook login to join but I don't have either of those.

I contacted them and they say there is nothing they can do.

Completely hopeless. I know they can make me an account if they want to. They clearly don't value new customers.

They scam you by hiding the price that you would end up paying in the end because of custom costs and if you deny and want to return and get refund then you would have to pay more for the shipping costs. "The times that I have bought from iHerb, they were great shopping experiences. I usually find better prices here than I do at conventional e-marketplaces such as AMZ. Also, I like the idea of giving business to anything not-AMZ.
I tend to buy some specialized shampoos, oils, flours, and some grains (when available) from here. All the times I have shopped, the shipping was quick and usually arrived within the following two days. There was one instance where I had a package marked as "delivered' but never found anything at the entrance (it was delivered by the carrier called LaserShip, I believe), so I contacted the company and they immediately refunded my order. "iHerb had been my go to online retailer for vitamins, supplements, and more for some time now. And as of late, they have been on the ball during this pandemic. Although a number of items are out of stock, I find this to be the case across the board with internet retailers.

I can say I have been able to find items have been unavailable and sold out elsewhere, and they have not had any delay in shipping, unlike their competitors. I have still been able to receive my orders within a day or two. Love iherb."

The website customer service number is false and when you use their 24/7 chat feature as their only option, it takes a very long time for them to respond. On two occasions, iHerb did not accept accountability/responsibility for their mistake and I will put my trust in another company that can assure me a piece of mind from now on. So I used paypal, then iherb would not let me ship to a different address, then the order never did charge my paypal credit card even though I got email from iherb saying order confirmed and that they will tell me when it ships. First response from customer support was no help. ive sent three more emails and customer support no longer responds.

"4days for delivery to the U.K. with Dhl express, like meany others I’ve read the reviews and find them a drain, all these people must be blind. On the order page once you click shipping and pick how you would like it shipped, there is a pay duties and fees opinion that pre pays the customs charges meaning it flys stingy threw, yes shipping is almost $20 with the fees pre paid on a $50 doller order, but when ordering from the USA this is standerd, I believe people need to read the pages in front of them, choose the right shipping and pre pay your fees, I order a lot from China so amused to feeling with DHL and the fees that come along with buying goods from outside the U.K., all these bad reviews could be easily solved by people reading and prepaying instead of getting everything in life for free"

Besides, I order peanut butter, almond flour, organic mayonnaise, avocado oil, coconut oil, xylitol, coconut flour, erythritol, apple fiber, psyllium husk, pancake syrup, shirataki pasta, pink himalayan salt mill, organic maple syrup, organic coconut aminos, Chocolove with almonds and others. Have you already tried it? Who can tell those products are not tasty or not useful??? Only the competitors, I believe.

"au.iherb product significantly different from original manufacture sunpotion.com

1. Missing powder, almost up to 1/3 in CORDYCEPS, Missing powder 1/5 in ASHGAWANDA product. They think this is OK?

2. No customs opened letter. Customs did not remove the inner seals.

3. No inner seals on ANY of the 3 products from au.iherb. All originals from sunpotion contain seals. Again they claim this is OK.

4. Significantly different texture and smell compared to original in SHEA BUTTER product. Trying to claim there is a difference in manufacture, when I have the original from sunpotion.com to compare.

5. Text differences on bottle compared to original products. Bold and blurred lettering. Indicating imitation product. Again they don't address this. Very obvious sign of fake / imitation product.

6. Cheap knock off materials and powders claiming to be original when it is fake in order to dupe customers and make a profit.

7. Company ignored almost every point they couldn't refute, and tried to claim they wouldn't sell fakes, and that was it. Did not address, seals, missing powder, differences in product, or bad lettering and text on their labels.
