"I ordered a graduation blanket on May 6, 2019 and IMall immediately processed my payment of $99.50. The fake order receipt generated only showed "shipment pending." There was no date, which should have been my red flag warning. After almost 3 weeks, I called them 4 times and each time left a message, which was a male voice message that did not even identify himself or the company (red flag #2). I even emailed them and received no response! I finally gave up and called my bank who took the charge off my account because I never did receive the order or a call or NOTHING! Do yourself a favor and just say NO to these THIEVES! Hopefully the FBI will shut them down. I also plan to report them to Better Business Bureau. I rate this company a minus 0!"

"Not worth even 1 star, only gave it to be able to warn others.
My order was NEVER received. I notified them repeatedly by email, chat window, and leaving messages on the number listed on their page. I never received any response from them. the only email I received from them was the order confirmation at the time of purchase that showed my payment, but no tracking information for the package. I never heard from them again. When I called my bank, they took it off my account and charged it back to iMallShoppe. Then "Rev. L***** J****" called me a "scammer just trying to get my money back and get products for free." which I have never done in my life. From the looks of the reviews I just read, the "Reverend" can't say the same. After his lying response to my bank to get it charged back to me, I called and assured them I had documentation of all my attempts to contact his company with no response from him. The charge was then permanently removed from my account.
I wish I had read reviews for iMALLSHOPPE previous to my purchase.

However, I waited over 1-1/2 months for an item that was to take 2 wks. To Nasty Internet Trolls That Review Below.. I did not listen to you fakes. I ordered any way. I use PayPal with my order. Yes, tech support was on the phone to help my make corrections to my order. I was on the line for 2 min but that not bad at all. You have to have patients online stores do get busy on the lines because too many customers calling at the same time. You Internet Trolls always want fast help on the phone lines. Med. & small business do not have 10 reps on the phones. Most of the time they have 2 or 3 or 1 reps on the lines.

I did not listen to fake reviews below from Internet Trolls.. My order was at $275 with PayPal. Imallshoppe did a heck of a job with my order. Yes, check your spam folders my e-mail from imallshoppe went to the spam folder so always check it.

It is now July 21st and I have not received even an email from this Company about my item (other than when I placed the order and paid for it). I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I have called twice and after 15 minutes on hold both times, they send you to voicemail to leave a message and they do not call you back. I had no problem in reaching them by phone and e-mail; online stores do get busy when they have too many customers on the line during holiday times. You other Internet trolls be patient when you call in or best send in an e-mail a be patient for an response.

What's wrong with an back order. Last year in Christmas imallshoppe had an 12" Pillow that I ordered but it ran out of stock. I found the backorder e-mail notice in my spam folder which I forgot to look in my spam folders. You all have to make sure your e-mail get thru because sometimes e-mails goes into the spam folder. iMallShoppe will always send you an e-mail, you have to check your spam folders. I received my back ordered Pillow with a good time..
