"I highly recommend that you do not order through this company! Immediately after ordering a dvd, I cancelled it (within 5 minutes). Plenty of time, correct? I opened a new customer service ticket regarding this.

Over 12 hours later, I received an email stating that my order was processed and shipped. How can this be?! I placed another customer service ticket number, and that was answered within in the hour, stating that the order has been shipped and cannot be reversed. Under my account, it said my second ticket was "resolved" while my first ticket was still open!

I called and they said to refuse the package and/or write "Return to Sender" on the envelope, since I refuse to pay for return shipping as this isn't my mistake! I complained that I am incredibly disappointed that the order was processed 12 hours later when a cancellation ticket was placed 5 minutes later. They hung up on me. Very rude!

I tried doing the "Return to Sender" thing, and it was sent back to me...this happened twice!

Now I am stuck with a dvd I don't want.

Thwere was a slight problem with the billing of my order and when I called your company it is immediately corrected. The problem was in pricing and I was told that my account would be credited the $6.00.
What I would like to know is how do i know that I have been credited this money as no confirmation number or e-mail has been sent to me. Plus was that money credited to my credit card or does it apply to my next order.because if it applies yo my next order how do I have it applied.

" I used the money order payment method. There were 3 or 4 varaitions on the address to mail it to . The website should settle on one consistent address. Yes, I realize you mail to a Canadian or U.S. address depending on your residence, but there were still 3 or 4 slight differences in addresses. A little confusing. Also the instructions for mail ordering on the website should be more explicit in telling the customer what info they need to include with their order (i.e. order # and exactly who to make payment out to including correct spelling).

I prefer and appreciate the money order payment option and I would not have ordered at all if this wasn't offered as an option. I expressed the above opinions to hopefully make transactions for customers like me who whose the money order option a little smoother and clear in the future.
