"i order from inetvideo.com and never got my order and they lied about shipping my order and i need to tell everone not to order from them please they dont call u or email u and if they do email u they lie about shipping out dvds i order my dvd on 1/3/2011 and first i was told my order shipped on 1/7/2011 then 3 days later they tell me its shipped on 1/10/2011 and i still have not gotten it dont order from them unless u want your money stolen OH JUST INN I JUST GOT MY DVD YESTERDAY 1/22/2011 BUT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM INETVIDEO.COM EVERAGAIN BAD COMPANY THEY DONT ANSWER THERE PHONES OR CHAT"
"Well unfortunately I did not read all these reviews before I ordered from iNetVideo -- but wanted to throw my 2 cents in that I also got a defective DVD in the mail and cannot get a response from them to rectify it, so I am sure it will never be rectified. It says above that "iNetVideo currently does NOT actively participate at ResellerRatings to monitor feedback and resolve your issues." BUT--what we all SHOULD do is lobby Amazon to stop doing business with iNetVide, and to take them off the Amazon site. That is the only way to take them out of the marketplace. Being associated with Amazon just throws business their way because we make the assumption they are reputable because of their association with Amazon. "
"Total scam everyone is correct in saying they don't do anything.... Anyone on here that says they do are probably collecting money from this site... I ordered a blu ray for christmas; 4 christmases and never received it... after calling a bunch I finally got thru to someone... They said hello and i had to ask if it was inet customer support, he said yes and said they would credit my card back in 2 mins... haha its been a day and nothing I am contacting my bank and disputing the charges... NEVER USE THIS SITE!!! "
"AVOID THIS SELLER! Price looked great, but the customer service was so bad I didn't even get what I paid for - never got my order. I purchased a boxed video set for a Christmas present - through Amazon Marketplace. I received notice from Amazon 12/13, a week later, that the set had not shipped - did I want to contact the seller? I replied that I wanted to contact them about the order of the status so, if necessary I could cancel and purchase elsewhere. For the next 4 days, I tried email, phone calls and live chat to reach the seller. I received nothing but automated "we'll respond in 24 to 48 hours" emails. I held on their "live" chat for an hour and half one day. I called their direct customer service number repeatedly and would be told I could leave a message - then "good-by" with no chance to leave a message. I finally sent them an email reciting this and telling them to contact me and explain what was going on or I would leave negative Amazon feedback. Within 30 minutes, I received notice from Amazon that my order was canceled. I could no longer leave negative feedback on Amazon and had to start over shopping for my niece. Obviously they canceled my order rather than risk negative feedback - and nothing short of the threat of that prompted any response. HORRIBLE, non-existent customer service."
"SERIOUSLY THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY FROM. I PLACED AN ORDER ON MONDAY, GOT A EMAIL FROM GOOGLE MAIL SAYING MY ORDER HAD SHIPPED OUT BUT NEVER RECIEVED A TRACKING NUMBER. I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY REPLIED SAYING MY ORDER HAD NOT SHIPPED OUT. JUST ONE SENTENCE TELLING ME THAT AND THATS IT. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM FOR FOUR STRAIGHT DAYS WONDERING ABOUT MY PACKAGE AND NO MATTER WHAT NUMBER PROMPT I PRESS ON THE PHONE, THE PHONE IS ALWAYS "BUSY" AND THE OPERATOR SAYS "PLEASE LEAVE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER AND WELL GET BACK TO YOU" AND THEN PAUSES AND GOES "GOODBYE" WITHOUT GIVE YOU A FREAKING CHANCE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. ALSO, THEIR ONLINE CHAT DOESN'T WORK AND KEEPS SAYING THAT THEIR "OPERATORS ARE BUSY". I LEFT THE CHAT BOX OPEN FOR MY ENTIRE WORK DAY (EIGHT HOURS) AND FOR EIGHT STRAIGHT HOURS THE CHAT BOX WAS STILL BUSY. I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME COME IN CONTACT WITH A REAL HUMAN. I EMAILED THEM AGAIN AND WAS RESPONDED WITH YET ANOTHER ONE SENTENCE ANSWER "YOUR ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED." THATS IT. NO NUMBER NOTHING. IVE ASKED THEM TO CALL ME SEVERAL TIMES. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND IT WILL TAKE AT LEAST THREE WEEKS TO GET YOUR PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL."
"I've had excellent customer service from iNetVideo and I've never had trouble getting an actual person on the line to address problems. I've placed several large orders with iNetVideo and when there was minor shipping damage to the DVD's/BluRays, they quickly sent replacements. In fact, they really went out of the way to keep me satisfied (I'm very picky about condition). I highly recommend iNetVideo for discount DVD's and BluRays."
"Same deal as a lot of others here. Placed an order but it never showed up. Continuous emails until they promised me a refund but it was never applied to my credit card. Several emails were sent after that and a few permahold phone calls.In the end I called the credit card company and they refunded me. Clearly a web site to avoid."
