"i ordered a Pipo M1 case based on their link's photo,and they sent me a totally different case,ugly and misserable,I decided to return it to them even loosing money,Paypal accepted my claim but postage will vanish my refund,they never replied to any of my e-mail,the case was also damaged due to poor packaging,I will never buy anything from them,beware."

"Avoid, Avoid, AVOID!!
Ordered a Tablet 4th September 2012. The product arrived relatively quickly. A hardware problem arose after the 30 day refund period so the tablet was returned to them November 2012 (confirmed received and signed for). Eventually promised a replacement but despite repeated email and calls, which are now being ignored, no replacement has ever arrived. Without doubt this is the WORST company I've ever dealt with!!!!!!

"AVOID!!!!!! Noting but problems. UK customer and placed an order in October 2012, received the tablet which was faulty (kept switching off randomly). Sent it back for a refund and no matter how much Ive chased, emailed, spoken to reps on the phone NOTHING has happened and its now March 2013!!! No refund and a lot of fobbing off. They confirmed they received the tablet but unfortunately non of the claims on their website are true around customer service or warranty etc. "Thieving sharks" would be a more appropriate description for this company. They arent based in the UK either so cant go to trading standards or any such body, money gone!. You have been warned!!!"

"Placed my order with this company on 03 February 2013 and received it 9 days later.The Ainol Firewire Tablet was set in the factory settings of Chinese,and all the instructions and warranty was in chinese aswell.In the two week period I had the Tablet,the screen constantly froze to the extent that on the 14 day it would not reset at all.I Contacted the company for a refund which they agreed over the telephone,and I then completed all the required paperwork they requested and placed it inside the package along with the tablet.I then posted the package back to them at a cost of £25.49.6 days later I received an email stating "we will not be refunding you".This was the only correspondence I received.I emailed them twice and made two telephone calls for an explanation,all to no avail. I had no choice but to contact PayPal to open a Dispute Claim who thankfully found in my favour and awarded me a refund of my full costs.The company is a complete joke,and is certainly in the wrong business.They made it very difficult for me to receive my refund and so I now plan to make it very difficult for them to sell anymore of there poor Tablets by doing as many poor reviews as I possibly can.Hopefully,it may teach them to treat customers with a little more respect in the future."

"Hello,I purchased a Cube U30GT on 27th of September.After 1 and a half month the tablet had a problem with WiFi so I mail the company to sent it back with warranty. I sent it on 30th of November and they have it on 30th of December,as i check it from my post! Since then they didn't answer to my mails and of course they didn't sent me any TABLET!If somebody can help me or advise me it would be very useful!Don't buy from this site!!!Thanks"

"I purchased an Ainol Novo 10 Hero Android 4.1 JB Tablet on December 1st 2012. It turned up promptly but failed within days.
I emailed the store and they advised a reset by pressing in a pin in a hole that was not on this model, so their unfamiliarity with the product didn't impress me.
They eventually advised sending it back, to the address that they instructed me to in China.
I did as instructed and sent the parcel, tracked Royal Mail, on Dec. 22nd.
I heard nothing from them in spite of sending several emails, until I sent an email threatening bad notices on Facebook, Twitter and elsewhere, then I received a 'phone call from a "Jamie" on January 18th saying that the returned tablet had not been received. I therefore submitted a claim through Royal Mail, as it had been insured, for loss.
I received a letter from RM saying that the parcel was delivered on January 16th. I emailed a copy of this letter to iPadAlternative but have so far received no reply although I have tried chivvying them up since, but to no avail.
I hold no hope of getting satisfaction from these people in spite of their claims to offer a good service and have now lost 171 Pounds sterling including postal costs.
I would advise anyone considering dealing with this organisation to think very carefully before proceeding as they are the other side of the world and outside of any consumer protection laws.

"On the 24th of December I purchased online a tablet from ipadalternative.com. The tablet was an Ainol Novo 7 Fire. The price paid was 134 euros. I received it on the 4th of January, but it came with a dead screen, no screen response at all. I contacted with ipadalternative and i was promised that a replacement would be sent as soon as i sent back the tablet and provided them with the parcel's tracking number. Instead of refunding for the return shipping cost, i was offered a set of accessories with the replacement, which was fine by me. The return shipping cost was 11 euros, i scanned everything that was asked by ipadlaternative and i was told to wait a couple of days so the replacement was sent. After days, as i did not even received an email regarding the replacement's tracking number, i contacted again with ipadalternative and they said that the will not send a replacement before they receive the defective product, which means at least two weeks of waiting. Some time ago, i was offered again an instant replacement that would be shipped 'in a couple of days'. I waited again, and still no replacement sent. I asked for a full refund including return shipping cost and they told me to wait until the package arrived, i would be given a full refund of 145 euros as soon as the tablet arrived there. Yesterday i checked the tracking number and i realized that it had arrived on the 21th, no one informed me or refunded me. I was told again to wait for the refund but they will not give me the return shipping money. I'm dissapointed as the tablet was supposed to be a christmas gift, it's been a month and the shop is playing with me instead of speaking crystal clear. I feel like a fool for choosing them, i tried multiple times to find a solution with the store. Just stay away from them."

"I ordered an Ainol Tornados for my 8yr old daughter, as a Christmas present. Order placed in mid-November, and it arrived early December. A little long on delivery, but I thought at least I've got it before Xmas.
However, when it was fired up on Xmas morning, it soon became apparent that all was not well. It wouldn't charge, was sluggish, but worse of all was the existing account, files and photos already on the device. It was a USED tablet.
I was extremely disappointed, and had to try and explain to my 8yr old daughter that Santa had made a mistake.
I struggled to get a response from the company, but eventually was told to send it back, and I would get a FULL refund, i,e, the cost of the Tablet and the Postage to return it - £17!! This was after I posted a negative Post on their Forum, which was deleted by the way!?!
I was given the refund for the Tablet in early January, but not the Postage. I have since e-mailed 4 times asking about this, and have been ignored. I've been patient, and tried to be understanding, but the fact remains that I had a disappointed little girl on Xmas Day, thanks to being sent a used device that didn't work properly.
SO BEWARE! The prices are attractive, but the follow up support if you have a problem is appalling. Promises not kept, used items sent out instead of new, and no contact or responses from them. AVOID!!

"Think very carefully and read all of the reviews before using this company. While the quality of the tablets in general is very good, their customer service is extremely poor. If your tablet has any issues then you will wish you had never used them.

My experience involved months of trying to get assistance in re-flashing the tablet. Eventually they accepted that the tablet had a hardware fault and should be returned. Shipping costs to china are not cheap, and although Royal mail (UK) tracking confirmed an attempted delivery after 11 days, actual signed delivery after 15 days, they claimed to have not received it (Even after 10 weeks). Having chased up by email many times (the phone line never works) I have rarely received a response. Eventually they replied saying 'they had responded every time but it must have been a problem at my end' and the awful news that the person dealing with my request had died - I was so sorry to hear that.

The issue is still not resolved, but I will post an update when it does.

"An absolutely awful company

They lie about shipping out your items,
they remove your posts from the forums (when requesting shipping info???)
They will leave you for more than two weeks without even a text response
They changed the price of my tablet PC - AFTER I PAID and then tried to tell me i didn't pay enough.

The live chat function is dead (there is nobody there!)

Got money back through paypal after 2 weeks of timewasting and lies.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

"I don't normally write reviews, but my experience here was so awful I want everyone else to know. Paid for item on the 6th, asked for updated on the 8th, was told it would ship on the 9th. 9th comes and goes, I ask for more info - no reply. 12th comes, I ask for an update, no reply. On the note on the 8th I told them I would be out of town, I paid for express shipping, so if it wasn't shipped out I wanted to cancel - no reply. At this point I had to file a claim with PayPal, and THEN they suddenly have inventory and ship it out. But they ship it out via the wrong carrier, who continuously screws up the delivery, and then they have the gall to tell me they have fulfilled their part so they want me to cancel the claim - I told them that I let them know early on I would be away and asked to cancel. I told them that they shipped via the wrong carrier, so instead of being safe at my local outlet to pick it up it is with some obscure carrier whose only depot is 2 hours away.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - SCAM ARTISTS, you shouldn't need to file a claim with PayPal to get an answer to a question - ITEMS ARE NOT ACTUALLY IN STOCK - HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
