"I ordered samsung earbuds. Unfortunately didn’t fit to my ear. I want to change it. They never attend call, their support email address is wrong. Mail returns. It’s impossible to reach them. I lost 9500.
I will recommend not to buy anything from such vendor, who is not interested in after sale’s servic. "

"This company is nothing but a big ponzi scheme. They refuse to accept orders without taking advance payment. The way they operate is that first you go to the store and order whatever it is you want. Then they have a customer service guy call you and say you need to either pay full or partially in advance and if you don't they cancel the order if you do they disappear. They might in rare cases occasionally reappear and depending on your luck either offer you a similar cheaper quality product to what you wanted best case or just return your money after having run a similar scam with someone else"
"I ordered two items (both the same) after the order was received and the seller showed 10 in stock I received a receipt ( I thought the items were saved then out of stock). I followed up 3 days later (the items said 2 to 3 days delivery) and only received a stock computer generated reply saying that would they would let me know when the items were processed. Then 3 days later we called them and their advice was they would be delivered 2 days later. On the delivery day I received an email saying the order was cancelled due to no stock?????
So they stuffed around for a week for nothing.

The product not only faulty, but it was also totally different than what was advertised on their website. I placed a claim for a refund, they accepted it and asked me to send them the product back. I sent it and a few days later I received the same faulty product.
