24 to 48 hours delivery is practically not followed.
Guys on the other end of call loose courtesy soon after order is confirmed.
Huge gap of communication, customer not being updated regarding status of his/her order instead customer has to make repeated calls.
procedure of verifying the on-line transfer of advance is very very slow.

My second order is still in process from too many days, because black colour is not available in galaxy S5, such info should be updated quickly as soon as stock ends, so that customer must not be left hanging and go bananas while waiting.

Good thing is they deliver what they promise.
Product is in good shape as promised.
Packing is also good.

I hope i wouldn't be facing any malfunctions in product , as i don't want to walk through the hectic warranty hassles. "
