"The overall experience is good, customer service response in online chat and on telephone is very good. I just have one complaint that they do not email you, as I requested again and again to send order confirmation email but never received any email after all.

I must say that please define your criteria or Rs 5000 bank account transfer as advance before order placement just to save customers time. I received my order at the 11th hour because I planned to gift it to my husband on his birthday and placed order on 19th may to receive it before 23rd but due to bank transfer it delayed and I received it on his birthday even got no time to wrap it up :)

Ishopping please define the delivery time as 3-4 days instead of 48 hours, in case of the items that require bank transfer advance."
