I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION BUT THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH ME. I KNOW THE CASE ISN'T EXPENSIVE BUT IT'S JUST THE PRINCIPLE OF THE WHOLE SITUATION. I TRIED TO EMAIL THEM TWICE TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS LISTED ON THIS WEBSITE AND IT STATES THAT THEY WOULD RESPOND WITHIN 6 HOURS. THEY NEVER RESPONDED!!!! AFTER THOSE TWO EMAIL ATTEMPTS, I DECIDED TO GO THROUGH PAYPAL TO SETTLE THIS. IT WAS ONLY AFTER I CONTACTED PAYPAL THAT THE SELLER DECIDED TO CONTACT ME. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE!!!!! "I BET they DONT participate, because they are crooks. Ordered two Apple items, specifically for my iphone, as advertised. Ordered them at the same time, got one item mid January. Never have received the second item and it is now over two months. I have kept in touch through email and get the same answer everyone else has, "just a little longer, please wait (in broken English I should add) Now they are trying to blame it on my postoffice, which I have checked on, to no avail also. Item was only $8.+ so not out a lot, it is just the principle. The post office was worried they might use my debit card for fraudulant purposes. UPDATE: Just received an offer for a $9.00 coupon to spend (oh goodie) at first I was pleased they were making it good. However, they never sent me a link to go to in order to use the coupon. It was sort of a nice email and that was it. This company is a laugh. BEWARE"

Let them know and they had told me they got sent out every two weeks since I contacted them and now they are telling me since the order is older than 6 months they cannot do anything about it. "At least u are lucky enough to get yours!!! I'm still waiting for my order that I have placed since October of 2011. They accepted PayPal so I trusted, but I guess anybody can have a PayPal account. "Do not order from this company. I wish I saw these reviews first. I paid extra for 3 business day shipping and my package arrived in 10 days. Upon it arrival the items I ordered did not work. My ac devices said it was an unsupported device. I ordered the av cable. What a waste. I spent 40 dollars and they are non responsive to my request for product return. I have sent 3 emails. "This is the SAME company as www.lazerpoint.com! Ordered 4 of one type of light bulb, recieved 1 and it was just a shell! This was the second shipment of what was ordered. The first they said they sent two different bulbs and only sent 1!
I issued complaint with PAYPAL and am currently in a dispute.

"Horrible Company!!! Don't buy ANYTHING from these people. I ordered 10 cases on October 17th, 2011. I emailed them on the 19th asking why i have not received a confirmation email and they told me that the product had been shipped and that two of the items are out of stock. They did not tell me this when i put the order in. Additionally, they then tell me that they are located in CHINA and that their normal delivery time is 3 weeks!!! I received the package and there were only 4 cases in the bag. Out of the 4, 2 of them were BROKEN!!!!!! But the item did not perform as stated. Audio was breaking out and completely no video transfer at all. Had I reviewed the company's ratings, I would have stayed away from it. iThrough looks very fraudulant. Never order."
