They send ridicilous emails tellling me I don't know how to order by size. 4. Complained to PayPal. They are not offering me a 30% credit on item. "I bought a gimbal mounting for my iPhone at the Nambour Gardening Expo at the iGadget booth. (A big mistake).
This product has no brand on it only a QR symbol in the booklet which came with it. QR will take only you to the place to download the app to make the device talk to your iPhone, but the manufacturer's details are completely hidden. Hence there is no way of contacting the manufacturer. The booklet supplied said if you want to know more, contact the seller! In addition there was almost no useful information in the booklet about how to use the device.
Eventually I was able to download the app and install it on my phone. For a very short time the gimbal talked to my iPhone. The communication then died after about 15 minutes of use. Contacting the firm by phone, operator said she would get somebody from iGadget to ring back regarding this. Fat chance. The point is they knowingly sold defective equipment with zero service to back it up. "
"Buyer beware. Don’t waste your money purchasing from this company, buy elsewhere. If you have a problem with the product you receive from them, don’t expect them to stand behind their product….they won’t even if it arrives broke. They have your money and you will never ever receive a refund. If you do receive what you ordered and happy with it, then consider yourself lucky. That wasn’t my experience. I ordered an Apple Pencil and received a look alike from China, plus it came in with a broke tip. I was able to contact them and a Maria told me, after several emails, to return the item to receive a refund. The return address was in China. After 5 weeks, I contact Maria again. She told me she would look into it and get back with me. Never heard from her again. I’ve email 4 times now and still have had no response and I don’t think I ever will. So not only am I out the purchase price, but shipping cost to China and have no product. They will probably send the broke fake Apple Pencil I sent back to another unsuspecting customer. That was my experience so I hope you can learn from it, don’t purchase from iGadget Store, buyer beware."
"I ordered an apple pencil on 12/13/18 along with another item. The second item I ordered was received in mid January. I have sent numerous emails requesting an update on when I would receive the pencil or for a refund. The lonely response I get is a tracking list of where the pencil has been - from China to Los Angeles to Stamford Ct, where apparently it is still sitting.
The last email I sent was 02/20/19 - I am still waiting for a response.
For your own safety do not order anything from this company!!"

"Don't trust igadget and souq.com services. They have the worst customer care. Once you place order and paid your money, you have no guarantee to receive the item. I placed order for Samsung Note 8 from igadget on souq.com. As per the tracking details, I supposed to receive the item in four days. However, at the fourth day, the tracking turned as item delivered. However, I didn't receive the item. I posted repeated complaints and no one replied back. I made escalation of my complaints two times but again no one replied. I made three phone calls, the front desk guys keep on telling me they are checking with the courier for proof of delivery for more than two weeks. I lost huge money in vain. I am having the worst online shopping experience ever!
Please, never trust these companies. It would be better to buy the items from nearby store or use an online markets with reliable services. "

"I gadet store is a scam. I bought on line a Flashdrive for my IPAD Pro - 64GB. after my Visa card payment had been approved I received an email from them wanting a copy of Photo ID and a copy of my credit card. They claim this was for security purposes. I email them back and advised that they do not know what I look like so Photo id was not needed , plus providing those details was a security risk for me, as it shows all of my private information. I advised I would not provide them with a copy of my credit card for the same reason. My Visa payment had been approved and processed. They refused to supply a phone number. 14 days later the item has not shipped, (they are refusing to do so) but my payment has been processed. I am now without $89.99 aud conversion $149.00 and no item.
This company is a scam and should be shut down.
I have emailed them and gave them 2 days notice to ship item or my reviews would commence. They have not shipped. My plan is to have them shut down.
