Horrible Customer Service

"They sold me something that showed in stock but I found out days later from someone named Dwayne that is was actually on back order. I asked Dwayne to cancel it as I found it in stock somewhere else. He told me I had to reach out to someone named Eddie for the refund. Multiple emails to Eddie over a week got no response. So I called the number on my receipt and got Dwayne again. He said he is just a tech and can't do refunds, only Eddie can, and he said Eddie only comes in maybe once a week, if that. I ask how I am suppose to get a refund then and Dwayne's response was to open a dispute case with PayPal. By this time I had already ordered the item somewhere else AND received it and hadn't even gotten a refund from these guys. I did open a PayPal case and eventually got my refund no thanks to any help from the folks at Installer.com. They are some fly by night operation with horrible service. "

Horrible customer service

"Order a rug back in mid July, was advised the day after they did not have this item so I’d be issued a full refund and almost 2 months later and they refuse to refund my money!! I’ve been forced to open a claim through PayPal, horrible!! "

Worst company ever

"I purchased an item on there site. After 2 weeks without a tracking number I called. They told me the item was on back order. I requested for a refund and they told me to email some guy name Eddie. I emailed the guy and yet has received a response."

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS

"I am waiting on a REFUND and there is no response. Is there someone and/or an entity where this place should be reported. To just be taking monies and not refunding is a joke. What an disgusting bunch to deal with. Eddie is just as bad as Dwayne and vice versa. KARMA will get you.. If not hopefully a bus will run the pair of you over. "

What a difference !!

"Lead man Tim and John M. installed a new door to our home today. It's absolutely gorgeous and we could not be happier. They were courteous, kind and very pleasant. You have two very hard workers there and we give them a 5 STAR review easily. Too bad it couldn't be a ten star rating !!! If we ever need anything else done for our home, you can be sure we will call on West Shore Home and hopefully get Tim and John again. They are an absolute credit to your company. L. Morgan 8/13/19

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!

"After they received payment from me they did not ship my part, Dewayne mentioned that they were waiting on a bulk shipment to place my order and told me it could take up to a month before they place this order. Eddie told me that Dewayne lied so I asked for a refund and he hung up on me. Please everyone, don't waist your time. "

awful customer service, very rude

"Purchase a car mounting kit from company, cancelled purchase within an hour, part not needed. No response to my cancellation via email, so I called next day. Very rude on the phone. Told me I would receive a refund on my car. Well they still charged me $150 for item they didnt ship (called before they shipped), and 4 days went by without a refund. Called company again, again they were very rude, was put on hold 2 separate times for over 15 mins each, never resolved issue. Filed claim with paypal and money was returned. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH COMPANY, WE FOUND PART FOR LITERALLY 1/3 OF THE PRICE THEY LISTED!

Extremely ruse

"River oaks car audio is about the rudest and fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a dash kit for my vehicle and they sent me a damaged one, I sent the product back and was told I would receive my refund was the package arrived. Every time I call the “manager” is “busy, out to lunch, left for the day,etc....” Blake the “assistant manager” was the rudest of them all. Blake literal hung the phone up 2xs on me, yelled at me, was trying to instigate an argument with me. I will never go through their web site Installer.com ever again or refer someone to them. Texas outta shut their business down, filing a bbb against them would help everyone. Now I’m having to dispute it with PayPal, this company is horrible and their employers don’t belong working in customer service or anywhere in a business. The manager out to be sued for his wrong doings scamming people for their money. "

HIGHLY DISSATISFIED

"If you're in the mood to be ripped off look no further. The costumer service is a joke. They're rude enough to ruin your whole day. The website is unhelpful and confusing, whoever made it had no idea what they were doing. Under the red capitalized letters that say "NO RETURNS" are the directions for returns with a 25% restocking fee. They lack everything that a good business needs so if a mystery helps you calm down after getting ripped off from here try to solve why it's still open. Ended up getting new parts from Best Buy and am 1000 times more satisfied than this place could ever make me."

"This place is an absolute joke of a business! They have no idea of customer service and if you need to return anything, GOOD LUCK. The worst supplier in the business, took 14 days to ship, and 8 more to show up! Avoid the idiots at all costs. Ordered at Best Buy and had parts in 3 days.
INSTALLER.COM is a JOKE!!!!! They love to bill you before the part ships, Who Does that? Poor Business ethics. Stay Away

"STAY AWAY FROM INSTALLER.COM!!!
It started off with a rep that had a nasty attitude. it continued with finding out that they are the most expensive in their category (product & shipping).
They do not tell you that they do not have the product you ordered. They do not communicate with you at all. All they know is how to take your money. After awhile you have to chase them for refund (good luck getting Eddie to answer you). After several complaints and open cases with PayPal I finally got my money back. Bunch of crooks!!!

"Really a pre-sale cummer. Ordered item month ago, nothing is shipped, got one reply from customer service saying that they will look for a guy that supposed to order the item. That's was 20 days after order. Really? Item marked in stock but apparently they have nothing in stock.

This store is shame to all internet stores. Worst experience i ever had. We are in similar business. we supply automotive parts and custom electronics but we never treat client like that.

Looks like fraudulent and false advertisement seller.
I would highly recommend to stay away form them. If you happen to be like me, call bank and cancel transaction before it is too late.
