"I have been a loyal and regular customer fir many years. However, your service has been very disappointing over the last few months. There is a pattern emerging where the customer is told online that the order is fine, the customer pays the money and then, on the day of the agreed delivery, the customer gets a phone call to say that the florist is unable to fulfil the order. I have several times had to re-order on the day from Marks and Spencer. This is not good for the reputation of your brand. Surely if one florist is unable to fulfil the agreed and paid for order, the onus is on Interflora to find a florist who can get the job done."
