"I ordered flowers from Interflora as a New Home gift I choose flowers that were suppose to be delivered in a jug, as I liked the idea that the jug could be utilised again and not just for flowers. On the morning of delivery at approx 11:00hrs I got a telephone call to my mobile stating that ever though I had chosen an item from the list of available flowers/gifts for the delivery postcode that I was unable not only to receive the jug but some of the flowers needed to be substituted . I asked why I haven't been contacted earlier as the order had been placed some four days prior, I also asked why I was being contacted on the morning of the delivery. The lady on the telephone just kept asking "Can we go ahead with the order" I asked what the difference in the price for the product was? Again I was met with "Can we go ahead".

So to sum up very disappointed in customer service from the call handler. On the brightside the ady who delivered the flowers was very nice apparently. However this is not the level of service I would expect from Interflora especially when you have spent £40!"

"I organised this delivery online mid morning for my husband at his workplace, for the same day delivery.
The delivery was received by him mid afternoon.
I was very impressed at this rapid service.
The chocolates were 3 boxes of different varieties of chocolates- salted caramel truffles, pralines and a mixed box of truffles and assorted chocolates.
They were delicious.
Overall, I would say that this particular delivery was well worth the money.
It certainly won me some much needed brownie points!

"I ordered these flowers for my son and daughter in law as they had just moved into a new house. They were thrilled with them. I got to see this beautiful bouquet when I visited them too. I had had a phone call regarding the roses in the arrangement as the florist did not have the ones pictured and they would substitute for a different colour. This was fine by me and the orange roses were just beautiful. The arrangement has lasted well and I am very satisfied with the service Interflora gives. "
