"I would rate higher if not that payment for international orders is messed up. Specifically when ordering from the USA, when entering my address there is no box requesting my state, just district, county, and city. When entering my district county and city accurately, I am prompted that my country and state do not match. I entered my state in both the boxes requesting county and district which enabled me to continue with my transaction. I'm guessing there is some labeling confusion between the terms district, county, city and state in regards to the USA that needs correction. I had to request live assistance from the interflora site to figure this out the first time. Otherwise, I am very happy with interflora in every way."
