"Ordering procedure/requirements on website confusing.If you find that you do not have to hand certain information like a phone number there is no facility to save details already entered. One has to leave the website and then return and start all over again.No facility to enter special requirements such as if delvery is needed by a specific time.Overall, Interflora's ordering procedure leaves a lot to be desired."

"Could not edit order once on payment screen needs adapting otherwise the website is great.Also need to know what will show in card ... no option to write a lengthier message and the card on flowers naturally restricted by size of same. Good value for money. Flowers and balloon option for same day delivery. Singular boxes of chocolates well priced. The option of joining a delivery a scheme for £10 a year a benefit from free standard delivery straight away .. literally £6 off £8 same day delivery between 8-6pm. Would have liked to have selected £13 within 3 hours option but once again not obvious how to do this. On the fifth time of re- entering order left it at what it was automatically selecting. Overall will keep using site as I loved the flower arrangements and selections. And the fact that the area which I selected I was able to get the flowers delivered to and that I will receive confirmation of delivery. loved the scan payment card option, would love longer review option lol."
