"Attempted to send flowers yesterday. Needed the Occasion field filled which was hard to spot & irrelevant for me. When went to correct, the web site wouldn't accept any input. Went out & back in again & similar issue. Had to redo again today. this time I rememvered the occasion field & it worked. Also on the main screen I filled in the date, occasion & post code, but it didn't pick up the occasion again.Payment part of the site is quite cludgy, dated and difficult to navigate. Fonts not easy to read."
