"A couple of things whilst ordering, the message on the card that comes with the flowers- it’s not easy to make any changes to this once you get to the checkout so it would be really helpful if this was an option whilst in the checkout. Also, the preview of the message when in checkout cuts half of the words off at the end of the line, rather than just starting a new line. There’s no clarification of whether this is how the card will actually look or not. And as aforementioned, it’s not easy to navigate back to edit the note, so I’ve just left it with around 4/5 words cut off. One last thing, it would be great to have the option to search the flowers by type, ie. roses, lilies etc. Not sure if this is possible on desktop but on mobile view I couldn’t see it. It would also be nice if I could create my own bouquet stating which flowers I’d like. Other than that, the process of ordering is super straightforward and the flowers arrive in time and are of a fabulous quality."
