"Your system is not adapted to delivery to Tokyo, Japan where addresses do not contain Western system of number and street name but a series of number. Your customer service is dripping with patronising attitude and giving completely wrong advice. I had to change the address around so your system would accept it but now I am not sure it will reach the recipient.We will see whether she receives it and what she receives.Be flexible, be adaptable, be aware of differences."
