"Same day delivery is not what it states. After speaking with customer services my choice cannot be delivered till tomorrow as florist covering that area doesn't open Saturday ?? Therefore 'Same Day Delivery' should have a byline - that this is not available in some areas. I requested that this should be on the website - and this should be taken back to the powers that be but I strongly doubt it will be. Whilst I was offered a £10 e token, that doesn't actually get the flowers to their designated address on the day required. I declined the offer of a token and ordered the flowers on line for a delivery on Sunday. Should the flowers not arrive on Sunday ( a day later than required) I shall complain further and require a full refund. If you advertise 'SAME DAY DELIVERY' and you order prior to 3pm on the day - interflora's instructions you should be able to get a 'SAME DAY DELIVERY'"
