"I have tried on 5 occasions today to enter into my account, and all I have had is a black screen. I did leave feedback earlier, regarding this matter, and it is still like it. IT IS A REALLY GOOD THING I wanted to buy these particular flowers, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. PLUS, your delivery charge has become quite high, however the previous reason still applies. I think I shall look to other companies, rather than stick to loyalty going forward."

"I have just wasted a good deal of time trying to send flowers to the USA. In a very helpful telephone call it turned out that the first three bouquets I selected are actually unavailable currently. The person I was speaking to was able to identify a suitable bouquet that IS available. A real nuisance to waste time over this, when proper updating of your website would avoid the problem. So I appreciate the telephone help, but not the amount of time it took to complete the transaction."
