"I have placed this order because I was given an e voucher of 25% off to apologise for an order which was not fulfilled on the date requested. It was then booked for the next day and was ‘rejected’ and I was not advised. I requested a full refund and cancelled the order. So I thought I would give Interflora another try and use the £8.50 discount. The email advised the e gift card can be used at the payment drop down menu but option not available on mobile devices. So I stopped processing on my smartphone and added order to my iPad, however there was no gift card option available on the payment options. So thoroughly fed up by this point I have paid in full for the order. I have checked on google and an iPad is not a mobile device. Please get your act together Interflora and deliver a beautiful arrangement on my behalf."
