"I have always used interflora and they have never let me down"

Consistently poor performance and customer service.
I have never, ever had flowers delivered as agreed by this shoddy outfit.
The last time, I placed an order days in advance for an international delivery, which was then not delivered until 7pm at night, literally minutes before sunset.
I complained, asking why they could not have been delivered during the day, say 9, 10, 11, 12, 1, 2, or 3pm but was fobbed off.
After a few email exchanges they provided a partial refund.
After 8 days later - this had still not been received.
When questioned, the response was:
"... it would be advisable to contact your banking supplier to investigate further."
Utterly useless.
Will not ever be using again not would I recommend.
You have been warned!!!"
"I placed an order this afternoon for a bunch of Sympathy flowers to be sent to my partner on the loss of his grandma. I chose Interflora as they offered same day delivery. I trusted their system as I was able to select the flowers I wanted, and "Check availability" on the date I wanted to order for. Everything was fine.
An hour later, I got a call (while with my partner) to advise that the order would be cancelled as the florist couldn't honour it and make the same day delivery. Despite paying £9 for the privileged.
Now it will take days for the refund to return to my account - I have yet to recieve a cancellation email. The agent who rang was apologetic, but not sympathetic. Very disappointing service and will not use again."
"Some of the flowers Compass have ordered in the past have been damaged or not at their best. When complained as we were out of time scales and when complained have been told nothing that can be done. As you will appreciate, as a Fostering Agency and spending quite a considerable amount on flowers, sometimes our Foster Carers don't want to complain as it makes them sound ungrateful, and we only find out later via a third party, which makes it hard to complain within the statutory time period Interflora place"
