Your website doesn’t recognise letters such as â, î, ô, ŷ or ŵ - these letters are particularly common in Welsh personal & place names and it’s incredibly annoying having to misspell my wife’s name for your website to accept it (it’s Siân - so not even that unusual). It’s also annoying, that having been involved in web development many times, it’s easy to change the website to accept these lesser used characters. Your brand is based on offering a personalised touch and on attention to detail, a small change like that would go a long for being true to your brand for me."

"It would be good to easily review and edit the note to recipient part before paid. The note/message to recipient section does not print out how the customer has written it. Words get cut in half and moved to the next line. Emojis look like they work but once at payment section they come out as a mix of random letters and symbols. Bit disappointed with that. As it looks like a customer typo when it's not."
