"I was very dissatisfied with the attitude / tone of your phone advisor when I couldn't figure out the website. She was professional (in terms of being factual) but not friendly at all. I actually asked if I had offended her and then said I would revisit the website or get my own local florist to organise it (which I did). I would never reccommend anyone to call Interflora. Sending flowers should be a positive and friendly expereince. The tone of your customer advisor ruined the expereince for me."

"It's become a staple for online flower delivery, problem is range is lacking and never updates, delivery charge is high and at times delivery schedule is not reliable. I only shop here as I am now living abroad so I appreciate the ease of use for international customer (outside of the UK). But I feel Interflora is no longer competitive and no longer providing the best product/service. It's more obvious these days that interflora is an aggregator for local florists which is great but perhaps mention that, give people the option to support local business and to have more fun with personalising orders."
