"I have used Interflora now on quite a number of occasions, usually without any problems and the people who I have sent them to have been really pleased. However I have recently sent a plant gift to my son on his first day in a new job which didn’t go well. The contents of the plant were spilled all over the rest of the contents of the box and the congratulations card was missing.The issue was dealt with after we both complained, but the replacement wasn’t that successful either, leaving both of us dissatisfied. I made a further complaint and to be honest my expectation was that I should have a full refund but this wasn’t given and I felt that I had just been fobbed off.This is the first order since and I’m really hoping that it goes well or else I won’t be using again."
