I went through the process of ordering and as I got to the entering phone number stage it would not accept my mother's mobile for some reason and after three attempts at re-entering, my order was deleted and my cart emptied. Had to go through the process again, luckily I had saved the addressee, but my card was not saved because when the phone number was rejected, the save card details box became unticked. The frustration of using the site will probably persuade me to go elsewhere in future."
