"The payment process is a nightmare. Can’t manually add titles (I’m sending abroad my friend has a Dutch title!), and I put other it actually was going to address her as other! I was unable to simply amend it without going all the way back and starting from an earlier point. Same when I wanted to amend the message. Plus not impressed with your limited choice of flowers nor the lack of chocolates which I would have bought had I seen that option."
