"The shopping experience was made a bit difficult in terms of choosing, as the same flowers kept randomly coming up again and again in different versions. This made it hard to get an overview and compare the different bouquets. It would have been much better if each bouquet only came up once, and then just having the different upgrade options when you hover over it or click into it. This way I would have been able to see what was available much quicker, and would have made it easier to choose. I have used Interflora before and have been happy with the quality."
