"My last two deliveries were for birthdays and one arrived too late the other not. When contacting your costumer team they did not know what was going on and in the end I did not know what flowers were delivered to whom. I wrote a complaint which I never got a reply to. I reluctantly use your services again as it is complicated to call a local florist and I had already bought the free delivery deal from you. It is also not helpful that you keep showing flower arrangements etc that are not available in the country you have indicated you want to send flowers to."
