"Since I live in Canada and order flowers for my mother-in-law in England, every time the payment page comes up I have to re-enter my international address and the Province is always left out. This is frustrating. My credit card has not changed and is shown but 'Ontario' is never included in my billing address so an error message always comes up usually more than once. Otherwise your service is wonderful"

"I am ordering flowers to the UK from overseas. When paying by credit card, your system expects a UK post code and will not process payment without a UK address. I continue to circumvent this by entering a false post code which seems to work, but is not ideal. In this global economy, your system should be updated. You are presumably losing opportunity through not allowing overseas payment and ordering!"
