"Sometimes the flowers are not that nice"

"I ordered what purported to be a beautiful bouquet for mother’s day called “Large Mother's Day Cherish Hand-tied flowers” but the flowers that were delivered were far from that and didn’t even resemble the website AT ALL. Flower types were missing and amount of flowers was a lot less also. The bouquet looked mostly green and not due to any flowers in their buds still (because the budding lilies as promised weren’t even included). I have requested a refund however it doesn’t take away the obvious disappointment faced by my mother on a special day and for me for having paid a lot of money for such disappointing quality."
