"Order placed on April 21st.
iPodJuice sent iPhone back on April 29th.
Received via UPS on May 4th.
My iPhone had battery problems, it was 19 months old. I searched various sites including resellerratings to see whether or not Milliamp was legit or not. They are legit and professional. The return packaging well amazing. Don't forget about the 10 year warranty! Total cost including return shipping (UPS 1-3 day), battery + labor = $38! Much cheaper than Apple's $86 fee."
"I ordered a new battery for my 5th gen iPod video, because the original battery wasn't providing very much run time anymore. I had become curious about my ability to open the iPod before ordering the new battery, so I was able to get it open with just my fingernail. I went to ipodjuice.com following some recommendations, and ordered just a battery, no kit, and got free shipping with the FREESHIP discount code.
I received the battery 3 days later, and to my surprise, they had included instructions and a kit for free! I didn't need the tools, but I did use the included miniature flat-blade screwdriver to pop the battery connector open rather than just shoving it back in. Anyway, I digress...this is a great company to deal with, and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Thanks a lot, iPodJuice!"
"I sent in my 3rd Gen Nano b/c the screen had stopped working. The ipod still functioned fine. A MONTH after the "evaluation" was completed I finally received my ipod back after 7 phone calls demanding it back. It doesn't even power on anymore, it just cycles straight off. The new back cover they installed wasn't installed on one side.
update:
April 28th, I was contacted over this review and offered a refund and the option of mailing it back in for a free repair. More to come...
May 6th. My confidence in ipodjuice.com has been restored. I received my ipod back in working order with continual updates during the process. If you have issues with service I'd encourage requesting escalation. They did everything possible to redeem themselves with me and I'll try them again in the future."
"I ordered a replacement battery for my Ipod video 30gb. The Ipod's OEM battery life was deteriorating and couldn't hold its charge well. I thought a 3rd party battery replacement sounded better than Apple's program. Ipodjuice has a good website that steers you to the correct battery product. They delivered the produce quickly via us postal. The instructions were clear and accurate. The tool provided to open the ipod worked well and the casing wasn't damaged by opening. The ipod works just like new and the new battery seems to hold its charge much better. Obviously I can't comment on long term results yet but Ipodjuice's service and product seem very good. For those that don't want to do the installation themselves, the company will do so for an additional cost."
"Good, reputable website. I ordered a fourth generation replacement battery on a Thursday, and I got it the following week on a Tuesday.
The gave me all the tools needed to pry open the ipod and replace the battery. The biggest problem I had was actually opening the ipod itself, but I eventually got it open and it was smooth sailing from there. And of course, the battery they gave me is performing as advertised (they said it would last 11-14 hours, so far I've used it for about 12 hours and the battery hasn't died on me yet). I'd recommend this site to anyone who needs a replacement battery for their Ipod."
"The 3G replacement kit was very effective. My original battery was down to about 30 minutes per charge and I was long under the impression that once the battery dies, the ipod turns into a paperweight. I can't vouch for any other service since this is my only replacement, but this has got to be the easiest one there is. The case opener tool is very sturdy - I can imagine how frustrating it would be trying to open it with anything of poor quality. Very worth the money, especially since I thought I would have to purchase a new ipod."
"WOOHOO !! What can I say about this company?
PLENTY!! and it all GOOD!
Prices can't be beat. The BEST $28 I ever spent!!
Service - 5 to 7 days. Nope, try 3 DAYS!
Website told me EXACTLY what I wanted to know and how to replace my ipod battery. Plain and simple. Replaced the battery (took about 10 minutes)now it lasts going on eight hours!! It didn't even do that when it was new!!
PEOPLE if you have an Ipod and you have to get you one of these batteries for it.
WOW!!! "
