"I rarely take the time to comment or give customer reviews. However, for once I felt compelled enough to write a review about my positive experience with Milliamp LTD. In an age when customer service is a dying breed, I found Milliamp to provide terrific customer service and feedback about the entire repair process for my iPod. I appreciated receiving thorough emails detailing every step of the process, from receipt of device, through the status and testing of the iPod, and finally shipment of the device back to me. I especially appreciated that this was done via email, w/o the need for a response on my part- rather just an opportunity for me to see where things are at with the device if I chose to read it. The technical service and customer service were expedient, thorough and transparent. I would not hesitate to send another device to Milliamp for repair, or to recommend their service to others. "

"My 160GB iPod classic recently began quickly depleting its charge. After looking on Apple's site for service and having sticker shock for their out of warranty repairs, I quickly began to look elsewhere. I decided to give iPodjuice.com a try. I can tell you, I was not disappointed. In fact, ipodjuice.com (Milliamp LTD) provided the best service I have ever experienced from an online retailer.

At every stage of my service ticket, I was promptly kept informed via email. At no time did I find myself wondering where my device was in the repair process. Within less than a week, my device was repaired and sent back to me in the exact condition as when I sent it in for repair. My ipod now charges up like new.

I will absolutely be using ipodjuice.com for all my future service needs.

again, i will like to thanks the staff for a outstanding job, on working on my iphone 2g. It had a bad
Lcd digitizer and dont function well at all and was really sad of all my time and effort i spend on this phone, but again This company come out with ways you seem to amaze everyone they spend on working on devices each out in everyday.

"Where to begin..

I know that a certain amount of skepticism often precedes the reviews you read when checking the ratings of online services, however Ipodjuice.com is for real! It's not so much the quality of the work they do, which after all is a service you are paying for, but its the level of follow-up during every stage of the repair that was most eye opening and appreciated.

Every step of the way you receive an email confirmation regarding your order and how your product is being handled. I actually sent my ipod in to have the battery replaced because I was a bit hesitant to take it apart and I wanted to make sure if there were any issues it would be thoroughly checked and tested. They replaced my battery AND even sent me a complementary firewire cable in case that was the reason my Ipod was not charging properly before.

Great customer service is in the details, and I began to think if only other repair services would provide the same level of care and attention to detail (ie. car mechanics, computer repair shops etc) we would all win as consumers.

My experience with ipodjuice.com was excellent and the turn around time was quick. The best part of the process was being informed with what was going by a real person as opposed to some automated email or the use of a generic template. Each notification was in response to the specific STAGE of my repair and it was written in a courteous and professional email. This TAKES TIME and EFFORT, which sad to say is often a lost art in the world of online services.

Do yourself a favor if you need your Ipod looked at and send it to ipodjuice.com. I'm not normally one to write reviews much less type something this lengthy, but the service they provided is well worth the praise.

Thanks guys! On one level, I hope I don't have to send in my Ipod again for any repairs soon, but I'm glad to know if I did, I would know where to send it.

" I sent my iPod to Milliamp to get a new battery installed. They sent me emails every step of the way, letting me know what tests they were running, how the process was going, and what they were going to do next. After a little more than a week, the iPod was shipped back to me.
When it arrived, it would not connect to iTunes. I replied to the last email they sent me, and received a prompt reply from Anthony, the owner. He said he would do whatever he could to help me. First, he shipped me a FireWire Cable/Block (at no charge to me) to make sure the iPod didn't just need to be charged before it could connect. When that didn't work, Anthony had me send my iPod back (at no charge to me) so he could replace the logic board, which he thought was the problem. He installed the working logic board, a new blackplate, and shipped it back within a week (at no charge to me). It has worked perfectly since then.
Anthony and his company, Milliamp, seem dedicated to provide the customer with the best possible support they can provide. They do great work, and go above and beyond to correct any mistakes they make. And they do all this while keeping the customer in the loop via email. I highly recommend Milliamp to anyone with iPod problems.

"This site is absolutely awesome. Shipping was crazy fast, shipped the morning after I ordered it, the previous night. I thought I was gonna get only the battery, but they threw in the tool kit and instruction guide for free, along with a little handwritten note telling me they added it in. You can tell they care about each package they send out, and every customer they get. I don't think I'll have to repair another Apple product for a while, but if you need any sort of repair, or batteries buy from here. Don't bother getting them off Ebay from sketchy vendors, I've heard too many stories of horrible used batteries being sold as new. Pay the already low amount and buy from here. So happy with this experience. "

"My first ever review for a company started being bad but ended being good. DO NOT afraid to use their services guys. Its really top notch. Keep in contact with them though and they will take care of you 200%. If you have any problem, their current and hopefully long time owner will go out of his way to make sure you you are satisfy. I sure am.

I was pretty upset with milliamp and its customer service. Luckily Anthony the owner had saw my case and personally took it upon himself to settle things out. Long story short my father's iphone has bad battery life (and soon later logic board appeared), I sent it in, unable to fix, I was upset and complaint, Anthony called me personally after closing hours (9PM), and assure me he will took care of it.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. I work at Fry's Electronics and everyday I get at least 5-10 questions about if we repair iphones & ipods and I always sent them to craigslist. Now I will refer them to here and only here. I wish Anthony & his company continue to provide excellent customer services and to revive many dead iphones and ipods out there.

"Milliamp was amazing early in providing information online in regards to fixing my ipod. After researching the company as best I could, I decided to take the plunge and send in my ipod since the battery would not hold a charge. For the small fee of under $50 including shipping, I should get my ipod back in a short time fully functional. Within the first five days, I received 3 or 4 emails regarding my order and stating how it was going through the stages at the company. Then, no contact for a week. I attempted to call customer service to no avail. However, the CEO of the company leaves his personal cell phone number on the website. I call it and my ipod is sent back to me the next day. I spoke directly with the head of the company. He addressed all my concerns (more specifically just making sure to send emails regarding the repeated testing stage when it tends to take the longest). He also discussed the difficulty of reaching customer service. There was a mistake in a transfer of the phone line and/or message. He made sure to repeatedly apologize and threw in some freebies into my return package. Very solid company and backed up by the CEO. Very impressive!!! Do not hesitate to deal with this company."

"Poor initial communication, but high quality standards. My iphone glass was cracked and I tried to repair it myself. The repair was hard to do and I somehow caused the home button to stop working. Realizing that I was in over my head, I sent my iphone in (explaining my botched repair) and was sent an email that it had been received on 4/26. Later on the same day I was also sent an email asking me to call them. I did so and authorized the repairs. I was emailed again on 5/5 saying that they found another problem and that additional repairs were needed (adhesive for the glass) and I authorized the cost. After not having heard anything from the company for a few weeks I called them on 5/21 and was told that QA found a problem with the volume level and sent it back to a technician. I stated that it was taking a very long time for the repair and was told that they were sorry for the delay and I would be getting an email from them soon (after the tech made the repair and when the phone passed QA). The process of sending from tech to QA over and over can take quite awhile.
6/2 - the owner of the company became aware of my situation, contacted me and apologized for my experience and refunded the repair cost. It appears that my repair situation may have been unique, thus causing the unusually long service time.

" I have since cooled down and would like to do the right thing and retract my earlier comments. I am in sales and know u have no control over the cost of freight and the fact that the instrument was in the condition it was in and beyond repair. I apologize for my actions. "I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the Milliamp / Ipodjuice battery replacement kit for my 5th Gen Ipod. I was about to spend over $200 to get a new mp3 player - but I didnt want to lose the U2 version of my Ipod video. The old battery was only able to play one video - and it would stop.

After using Milliamp's battery replacement kit - my Ipod Video now plays as if it were brand new.

My only suggestion is to add an entry in the directions when opening the case. I had issues with starting on the side - but when I started at one of the corners - the case opened quickly... that's it... other than that - my Ipod works and lasts as if it were brand new...!!! Thanks again for saving me over $200...

I would purchase from Milliamp / Ipodjuice again for future Ipod issues. They have quick delivery options and quality products with excellent warranties... Why doesn't Apple do this??!! Who cares - Milliamp / Ipodjuice is the company to use..!!
