"I made two orders with this company.
- Got the first order, the item is not at all what I ordered, instead of a Modern Bag, I got a Yoga Bag. I don't do Yoga but I travel. Tried to call them several times, got hung up on.
- Never got the second order. They don't answer may phone calls nor my emails.
NEVER AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE.

"I bought two Modern Backpacks as gifts and both were difficult to use because of the design of the zippers. I contacted the company and sent them pictures of the problem. They offered to let me keep the product for a 50% site credit but refused a full credit return. Their response was "All our items are final sale unless they arrived damaged, defective, wrong size or wrong product." If you like what you get you are OK but if you don't its your problem"
"I ordered a BackStretcher on March 26. It took forever to receive (from China). When I got it, it was so small it may have only benefitted a child. It was also expensive >$50 and probably had a cost of $5. I tried to reach seller by phone (no answer, no voicemail), and email (no response) to return it. Thank god I used PayPal. Finally, they responded with an offer to keep the useless device and they would refund me 1/2 the cost or I could return it (my expense-$12). I shipped it and it was delivered to them two days later. Then they refused to admit they received it for the next 10 days ( I had a tracker receipt that it was delivered). Escalated the problem with PayPal and finally received my refund from PayPal (minus my shipping cost) on May 18. "

"I had ordered a full body pillow because of my bad back and trouble sleeping. I was able sleep the first night I had it and it is made in the USA (not cheap Chinese stuff like I was suckered in to buying in the past). I ordered at 8AM and they shipped at 11AM that day....it arrived two days later. I have to say I can not say one bad thing about my experience."
