"I have had such a great experience with FitBand. I initially measured and ordered the bands in a regular fit. After receiving and wearing one of the bands for a day I had some slip issues. Upon contacting customer service I was told I could easily mail them back and they would resend them in a small. Upon receiving my reshipment of my bands one of my bands was sent in a different pattern as they were out of stock. I emailed the company as I really preferred the original band and offered to resend and wait for the pattern to come back into stock. Customer service quickly replied and offered to resend the original pattern when it is back in stock and allowed me to keep the replacement band!

*Note: they did do a good job of selecting the substituted band as I had considered that pattern and it was in a similar colour family to my previous order."

I just wanted to provide some feedback on the itFit product.

This is the first time I have had a headband on my head that didn't slip off within a couple of minutes.

I had seen the itFit ad on Facebook several times within the past year, and finally decided to give it a try. I had signed up for their emails to get information and sale emails so the reminder was always there regardless if I was on Facebook or not.

Well I finally decided to give 1 a try and ended up ordering 6 of them to start. I thought I'd buy a few for gifts and then give one a try for me.

So I received the order last night....I just couldn't wait to give one a try, then it was another, then another. I just love the fit, no slipping and stays where you put it. Oh the colors, so vibrant!!! Well needless to say I can't give any of them away, I just have to keep them all. They are all so beautiful.

Thank you to the persons(s) who designed such a great product and thank you to the people who have provided the means to produce such an awesome product.

I will be spreading the word in my area to get these headbands, ehem! itfit bands. They are great!!!
