"Purchased 3 Microsoft Office 2010 Home & Business from here 3 weeks ago. They advertise 4-24 hour email for download links/keys. Many unreturned phone calls later and no reply to my emails sent, I still have NOT received the product which I paid for. They seem to have no problem taking your money, but obviously are a SCAM and FRAUDULENT company as nothing has been delivered. Will be reporting to authorities and visa for fraud, as I have provided MANY opportunities for this to be resolved. Have noticed several reviews during May 2013 indicating I a m not alone, looks like a common occurrence. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

"I purchased with them. After some days of chat and phone calls they returned the money. It took 15 days to receive the money back. The customer service is poor, but if you have patience, they will return the money."
