"I purchased with them. After some days of chat and phone calls they returned the money. It took 15 days to receive the money back. The customer service is poor, but if you have patience, they will return the money."
"RESOLUTION:
They resolved the issue by letting me get my refund. Thank you!
HISTORY:
I purchased a watch with them. After some days I received the watch, ($55.00), a new chinese brand. At the time of arrival the battery was dead (as you can expect in a cheap chinese brand), and I decided to send it back because you dont expect to have problems with a new item... Well, I contacted their CS, a lady told me to ship the item back, I'm sorry, bla bla bla bla, and I went to UPS and asked for the cheapest service they have... they told me... we can offer you a USPS shipping service (on ups) but they told me... there is no tracking number and will take like 5-7 days to arrive... as they (sharkstores.com) use the cheapest shipping also, I decided to proceed and I sent the package... I put the RMA # provided on the box, etc, etc... After some days, I called the CS asking for my refund and they told me this: "where's the tracking number?" I told them I dont have that, but I have the UPS receipt (via USPS)... and I said "I wrote the RMA number outside the box", they told me "we dont use that number to see what customer it belongs to"... I asked "how you know with a tracking what's the customer?" (because I work for a company also, and if we dont have any idea of what customer is this or a similar situation, we check on our database for name, by phone, etc...)... at the end they told me: "IF YOU DONT HAVE A TRACKING # WE WILL NOT MAKE A REFUND"... now the package is not at home, not at mail service, and not with them... plain and simply lost...??? I told them I return packages for amazon, ebay, etc, and never had this kind of problem, where people receive a package with a RMA written at the box and they do nothing. The result is: I dont have my watch, lost $55 plus $11 (return), and they have the package (because if USPS can not deliver, they will return the package), PLEASE, DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS... we ordered many times, but this time, I lost money... so what's the point in getting something cheaper if later on, they take money from you... ??"
"I called Tmobile because me and my business partner were interested in the Text Only plan, they told me to order two activation kits, and then call them back for activation with the text only plan... I called yesterday and they told me: "we do not offer the plan anymore", and I told them what they already told... to buy the two kits... well... at the end, they never activated the two kits, I asked... "what will I do with those kits then?", they told me it's my problem... I said... "I want to return them and get my money back", but they said: "it's over a month, we can not give you anything"... so... at the end, I have two activation kits, no plan, no service... SHAME ON YOU t-mobile..."
"I placed my order and have 15 days waiting (after they sent the package) for my book... the book will not arrive... that's clear. They don't want to return my money... and is not that I will be poor for $15... but it's not correct they take the money and don't deliver. DONT BUY HERE, they will not action on your case, I have contacted them several times, they say... "it's the seller", and the seller, never answer... what to do then?? wait another 15 days?? RETURN MY MONEY, thieves!!!"
"I purchased a mixer for $143, the mixer was a beringher xenxy 1204usb, the piece is useless, never worked properly, so I decided to send it back... they don't pay for the return, and that's fine, but what's not fine, they charge an EXTRA 18% as restocking fee, so, If I'm returning the mixer, I will pay at least $20 for shipping, and they will charge $25.74, so I will recover only almost $100... DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!! other stores charge you that? Thiefs!!! I have purchased from other stores and they even send you a shipping label and send your money back...
They responded... ITS OUR POLICY! ITS OUR POLICY! I don't care..."
