"It arrived in less than a week in Az. The shipping guy was fantastic, he helped me put the box next to my door though I paid for curbside drop. With one other person helping, we had it assembled in three hours, could put the next one up in half the time. We rushed and had to take apart and redo a couple things. "I received the sauna much quicker than anticipated. A neighbor helped me move the pieces inside as it was misty and no one else was home. Being impatient I didn't wait for anyone to help put it together and did it all myself. I'm a 60 year old female! The door panel was heavy but I managed. I Immediately started using it and am feeling less achy and more relaxed than I have felt in a long time. The bluetooth sound system works well. My family loves it as well and it looks very nice sitting in my bedroom."

"Got sauna within a week of order. Delivery was good. They backed it into my garage as it was pouring rain the day of delivery. Went out of town so it took me a week to have time to put together. The assembly instructions were missing but I contacted Nikki and she sent them right away onlineto me. It took me and a friend a couple of hours to put together. No real issues just don’t forget to add your accesory( foot heater) b4 you I stall heater panel on bench ,otherwise you will back tracking. Sauna heated up immediately and it’s great! One of the heating panels was slightly damaged but I should be to fix. Light and Bluetooth work fine too. Very satisfied thus far."

First, we have only praise for customer service (Nikki) who was always available for questions and extremely professional. We purchased a damaged unit at a decent discount price. "Sauna was forklifted right into my garage. Only 3 boxes. Set up and installation was pretty common sense. 2 hour install with one person at most. Was surprised how fast it heats up. Had a good sweat going in 10 to 15 minutes with little clothing on. The unit looks very stylish so I was happy with that also. Great way to start the day as I can check my emails and browse the internet and get a sauna treatment all at once. Put me in a good mood after using it the first time. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for one. "
